I ordered three wreaths for a funeral and was very happy with the price and what i ordered. Even though they didn't deliver to the area i needed them to go to, they arranged for a courier to deliver for a small fee. The flowers in all the wreaths were beautiful and fresh. The arrangement was absolutely stunning, but the way in which they were delivered was unimpressive this arrangement along with a Mother’s Day arrangement that I had brought from this company was left on a retaining wall at the base of the driveway and in the text message left to me. The florist clearly told me that my mother was not home when in fact she was cause I was on the phone to her. They did not leave the flowers at the door as they had told me they did my 84-year-old mother had to walk down a steep driveway with a walking stick to retrieve these flowers off the retaining wall. That is an impressive delivery, but the arrangements were both very stunning just not happy with how they were delivered

I had called on the Friday before delivery for Mother’s Day on the Sunday and person on the phone was very accommodating and warm. The delivery driver was just the same. Smile on his face and a lovely handover when we opened the door. Absolutely thrilled with my experience and will be opting for Petalo Flowers again for the next time I need flowers!
